NIOBLU is a line of cosmetics designed to provide high-performance active ingredients, used at a concentration such that they perform their function in compliance with specific reference tables.

Using the best delivery systems to reach the dermis and microdermis, these ingredients reach our cells unaltered and stable.

Care in formulation is paramount for us! The necessary minimum concentration of emulsifiers is respected, and the most suitable oil phase is used to ensure a pleasant, light texture for the products. Certified by the Challenge test, it ensures the minimum amount of preservatives in the product, but sufficient to preserve it, with bactericidal and bacteriostatic action. It is dermatologically tested and the fragrances used are allergen-free as per the list drawn up by the Ministry of Health.

This delivery system ensures that the active ingredients reach their target intact, stable and preserve their potential for action to the fullest.

Deformability & Penetration – More deformable than other micelles used to encapsulate active ingredients. This property favours permeation through the stratum corneum to the dermis.

Preserved actives – These micelles possess greater stability and preserve the actives from degradation. They thus maintain their functionality until the target is reached.

Encapsulation – These micelles are able to encapsulate and convey different actives according to their affinity to water. Inside the micelle are the hydrophilic molecules, in the membrane the lipophilic ones.
